Abstract

Pathology is an ocean vast and without shores. The second edition of this book is an attempt to condense this ocean into a drop. It is difficult to master the vast amount of information given in standard pathology texts in the small amount of time given to undergraduate and pre-postgraduate students. The book can be used as practice manual after reading any one of the chapter form comprehensive text. Also, it can serve as a revision tool near the examination. There is intense stress on basic general pathology in the examinations these days and this has been taken care of while preparing the edition. The book will be of extreme help to students preparing for Foreign Medical Entrance Test like the Gulf Boards and the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and the Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (PLAB).
