Abstract

This book Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome provides detailed information about the diagnosis and therapy of Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS). The information is presented so as to allow the reader a broader understanding of the lessons learned from the study of TTTS in the context of medical advances in general. The chapters are organized in a logical progression including summary information for ease of understanding, extensive use of figures, broad coverage of past, present and future important advances, and a global perspective on the disease from the point of conception to the long-term effects on the children born after suffering from TTTS.
